Tirumala Venkateswara Temple-Tirumala Venkateswara Temple is a well-known Hindu temple in the hill town of Tirumala, nearby Tirupati in the Chittoor district of Andhra Pradesh state. The temple is worldwide known and is one of the richest pilgrimage centres, after the Kerala’s popular Temple called Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple in Thiruvananthapuram.

The Golden Temple (Darbar Sahib) - The Darbar Sahib also named as Harmandir Sahib and informally referred to as the Golden Temple. It is a prominent Sikh Gurdwara Temple located in Amritsar, Punjab, India. It was built by Guru Arjan Dev, the 5th Sikh guru, in the 16th Century. In 1604, Guru Arjan Dev completed the Adi Granth, the sacred scripture of Sikhism, and installed it in the Sikh Gurdwara Temple.


The Jagannath Temple- The Jagannath Temple in the state of Odisha. It is located in Puri and is a renowned Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Jagannath and situated in the coastal town of Puri, Odisha, India. The shrine is sacred to the Vaishnava traditions and saint Ramananda who was closely linked to the temple. It is also of specific significance to the followers of the Gaudiya Vaishnavism whose founder, Chaitanya Mahaprabhu, was enticed to the deity, Jagannath, and lived in Puri for various years.

The Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti’s Dargah- The dargah (shrine) of Chisti, named as Dargah Sharif or Ajmer Sharif is a global wakf (endowment), managed under the 'Dargah Khwaja Saheb Act, 1955' of Govt. of India. The Dargah Committee manages donations, appointed by the Government, take care of the shrine maintenance & construction, and runs charitable institutions like guest houses and dispensaries, for the devotees. The Dargah is visited mainly by Muslim pilgrims counting Hindus and Sikhs as a symbol of inter-communal harmony. 

The Amarnath Temple- Amarnath cave is a world’s most popular temple in Hinduism sited in the Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir. It is dedicated to Lord Mahadeva (Bhagwan Shiva). The cave is located about 141 km (88 mi) from the capital of Jammu and Kashmir and can be visited through Pahalgam town. The shrine also forms a major part and is considered to be the major shrines in Hinduism. The shrine cave is covered with the blanket of snowy mountains.


Haridwar- Haridwar is the most significant pilgrimage city in the Haridwar district of Uttarakhand, India. The River Ganges, from its source at Gaumukh at the edge of the Gangotri Glacier, enters the Indo-Gangetic Plains of the northern part of India for the first time in Haridwar. As such, it gave the city, its ancient name, Gangadwára. Haridwar is also regarded as one of the 7th holiest places to Hindus.


Meenakshi Amman Temple- Meenakshi Amman Temple (Other names : Tiru-aalavaai, Meenakshi Sundareswarar Temple or Meenakshi Amman Kovil) is a notable, popular and historic Hindu temple situated in the temple city of Madurai, in the southern bank of river Vaigai, Tamil Nadu, India. It is dedicated to Maa Parvati (Goddess Parvati) who is known as Meenakshi and her consort, Lord Mahadeva (Shiva), named her as Sundareswarar. The shrine forms the lifeline and the heart of the 2500 year old Tamil Nadu city of Madurai.



Kedarnath Mandir- This is one of the most sacred and holiest Hindu shrines dedicated to Lord Shiva. It is located near the Mandakini River in Kedarnath and atop the Garhwal Himalayan range, Uttarakhand in India. Due to extreme weather conditions, the shrine is open only between the ends of April to the autumn full moon (Kartik Purnima). During winter season, the Idols from the shrine temple are re-located to Ukhimath & then worshipped there for 5-6 months. In this area Bhagwan Shiva is worshipped as Kedarnath, the 'Lord of Kedar Khand', the ancient name of the place.


Bodh Gaya- Gaya in the state of Bihar is a most sacred site & place of pilgrimage linked with the Mahabodhi Temple Complex in Gaya district in the state of Bihar. It is popular for being the place where Gautama Buddha is said to have achieved Enlightenment (Bodhimandala). Historically, it was famous as Uruvela, Vajrasana, Mahabodhi or Sambodhi. The important monastery of Bodh Gaya used to be known as the Bodhimanda-vihāra (Pali). Currently, it is called the Mahabodhi Temple.


Vaishno Devi Temple- Vaishno Devi Mandir is the holiest Hindu temples dedicated to Mata Shakti, located in the hills of Vaishno Devi, in the state of Jammu & Kashmir. In Hinduism, Vaishno Devi, also known as Vaishnavi and Mata Rani, is a manifestation of the Mata. Vaishno Devi Temple is located near Katra, Jammu and Kashmir.|Katra, in the Reasi district in Jammu & Kashmir, India. Around 8 million pilgrims (tourists) visit the shrine annually and it is referred as the 2nd most visited religious temple in India, just after Tirumala Venkateswara Temple.
