As we all know, everything that shine is not gold, likewise everything that tastes good isn’t great for the body. Don’t you wish you never had to go on any diet plan and keep on eating every food item you loved? Well, life isn’t fair and our health and digestive system is definitely not fair to our taste buds. Eating rich, frozen food, fast food or spicy food, can eventually get you into trouble. 
Just like our bodies are unique and different in their abilities, the resistance power & food preferences are different too. Our preferences of food are much dependent on our personality and our personalities are heavily influenced by our zodiac signs. In short, our zodiac signs determine our preferences of diet, i.e. what to eat and what to avoid.





Know your diet plans as per zodiacs:

·         Aries
These people enjoy instant pleasures. They enjoy exploring new things. Also, they expect instant results when on a diet which mainly doesn’t work out that easily. Therefore, they give up soon. The perfect way for an Aries person is to follow a proper diet.

Diet Tip: Proteins intake is more important than carbohydrates. 

·         Taurus

A foodie by nature, these people loves love eating. Hence, with such a love for food, following a proper and balanced diet is really difficult. However, to follow a good, healthy or proper diet, the Taurus needs to cut down on the spicy and sweet foods, and replace the same with tasty but healthy food.   

Diet Tip: Vegetables and Salads are a great option to start with!

The Gemini, represented by the twins needs to do at least two things at once! They generally need to combine a good exercise routine followed by a balanced diet to help stay healthy and fit. They also need to stay committed to their routine. They need to stay in this routine instead of trying new routines every few days.

Diet tip: Avoid fast foods. 
                                 
The emotional Cancer loves their food. They have their variety of food that they go back every time they are hurt. They use food to deal with anger, pain, hurt, happiness, etc. However, they need to take a good attitude towards their diet plan.

Diet Tip: Avoid fried or unhealthy food.
·         Leo
If they are on a diet, it should be healthy, give them a stamina boost, confidence boost and of course, make them feel great! The regal Lion is a strong and therefore, will stick to their diet plan. The best way to stay motivated would be to get compliments from the dear ones which will keep the Leo inspired about their diet plans. 

Diet Tip: Skip the carbohydrates loaded diet and go in for lighter marinates.

·         Virgo



The Virgo loves a diet plan for them. They will maintain daily journals, jotting down their experiments, their food intake, their weight loss journey and the works. Like everything else, their diet regime is vital to them. Quick weight loss and instant diets may not work for Virgos who prefer long-term goals. The problem will arise when they want their diet to be perfect, so it is best to go with the flow.

The Libra finds it difficult to follow one specific diet. Libra always wants to try something new and hence, has difficulty selecting the proper diet. However, to inspire a Libran to stay committed to their diet is to let them know that it would make them attractive physically.

·         Scorpio
The intense Scorpio will do anything to make their diet work and yield positive results. Scorpios are determined person who is known to persevere to any extent required to fulfil their objectives. They have a strong sense of duty towards a goal to complete it. If they feel a tough diet is good for them and will yield positive results, they will leave no stone upturned to follow it.

The Pisces wants everything to be dreaming; yes, even their diet plan! And by this they mean that it should be perfect. They hate limitations and diets tend to add limitations. This can cause them to overeat due to stress or tension. To keep them entertained, it is best if they try yoga or dance exercises.
